How do I place an order?
Email is the preferred ordering method because it creates a clear record of the exact equipment, upgrades, shipping address and pickup or delivery instructions. Include your full name, phone number and address for shipments.
What is the standard warranty?
Bauer’s current site lists a 45-day standard warranty, with one-, two- and three-year depot warranty options. Confirm the exact terms and pricing shown on the live price list for your order.
Will the computer include Windows or Microsoft Office?
Systems listed with Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro come licensed and loaded. Machines with no operating system listed may ship blank unless an OS option is purchased. Microsoft Office and other third-party software are not supplied.
Do you ship?
Yes. Bauer ships throughout Canada using daily courier pickups. US and overseas shipping may be available for bulk orders.
What cosmetic condition should I expect?
Grade and condition vary by listing. Bauer Refurbished systems are generally in very good to excellent condition, while Retail Ready units are positioned as cosmetically pristine and individually boxed. Ask about any specific unit or grade before ordering.
Can you arrange pickup outside normal hours?
Weekend or after-hours pickup may be possible in exceptional circumstances. Arrange it with the team in advance.
