Bauer Systems Group

Built on hardware. Known for service.

Since 1993, Bauer Systems has helped Canadian organizations and technology buyers get more value from business-class IT equipment.

Our story

A Canadian technology business that kept evolving.

1993

Enterprise roots

Bauer Systems began as a dealer specializing in IBM System/390 and AS/400 peripheral and communications equipment.

1998

Into the PC market

After a client requested a significant IBM ThinkPad investment, the business expanded decisively into corporate PC hardware.

Growth

A stocking dealer model

Bauer became an in-house inventory dealer for Lenovo, HP and Dell systems rather than relying only on brokering equipment that might be somewhere else.

Today

Hardware, rentals and circular IT

From a 10,000-square-foot Burlington warehouse, Bauer supports refurbished equipment sales, enterprise hardware, rentals, asset recovery, data wiping, valuation and remarketing.
